maxGEO manufactures robust, precise and affordable targets and marking material for tunneling. Great attention is paid to the robust design, which is necessary for use in drill & blast tunneling.

The targets can be calibrated and are available in different designs, tilt axis heights, colors and offsets. Customer requests are also considered for small series.

40 years after the the first metro in Vienna went into operation the extension of the line U2 and the construction of U5 metro line will add additional capacity to the metro system of Vienna. U5 will go into operation in 2024. Until then there are several challenging sections to be built, tunneling under the city center of Vienna, below the University of Vienna, the townhall and many listed buildings.

maxGEO is proud to be awarded the monitoring contract of the first project (U2-22 - DSV University of Vienna - Züblin Spezialtiefbau), the installation and operation of liquid leveling cells in the University of Vienna.

maxGEO installed 30 liquid leveling sensors from SISGEO, will operate the system and provide data management and consulting services during the construction works.
